The parish council has partnered with the Woodland Trust to plant 150 native trees this autumn across three sites. Volunteers are welcome to help with planting days in November. Species include oak, hazel, rowan, and wild cherry to support local biodiversity.

The community speedwatch team recorded 47 vehicles exceeding the 30mph limit during March sessions on High Street. Letters have been sent to registered keepers. The parish council is pressing the county council for a vehicle-activated speed sign.

The annual accounts for 2025/26 have been approved by the external auditor and are now available for public inspection at the parish office and on the website. Total expenditure was £128,000, with reserves of £42,000 carried forward.
