The annual accounts for 2025/26 have been approved by the external auditor and are now available for public inspection at the parish office and on the website. Total expenditure was £128,000, with reserves of £42,000 carried forward.

The local authority is reviewing the conservation area boundary. The parish council has submitted a response recommending the inclusion of the historic mill buildings on Water Lane. Residents can view the proposals at the parish office.

The parish council has partnered with the Woodland Trust to plant 150 native trees this autumn across three sites. Volunteers are welcome to help with planting days in November. Species include oak, hazel, rowan, and wild cherry to support local biodiversity.
