This ITT sets out the information which is required in order to assess the suitability of bidders in terms of their capacity to deliver flexible, responsive business support, quality assurance processes, relationship management, service levels and innovative solutions to meet the requirements of ECW for Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub Support Services Across Cheshire and Warrington, businesses have had access to a wide range of support offers. However, this provision is often time limited, programme specific, or fragmented across organisations, which can make navigation difficult for SMEs. Businesses frequently report uncertainty about who does what, leading to disengagement after initial enquiry. The available services have been curtailed recently due to funding reductions. ECW is commissioning a service to address this gap on an interim basis via an embedded service within the existing Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub. The service should be designed to also add resource to the National Business Growth Service by ensuring businesses receive timely, proportionate, hands on support that helps them take action and progress. The additional service will operate as part of the Growth Hub and is intended to complement, existing provision at a national, regional and local level. The interim provision will include practical delivery, hands on adviser support, follow up, and business readiness -ensuring clear referral pathways, feedback loops, and effective navigation across the ecosystem. ECW wish to secure efficiencies and economies of scale by means of a procurement exercise for meeting the requirements detailed within this documentation. The principle benefits anticipated by ECW in this procurement include; • Ability to maximise opportunities for best value and efficient services • To allow bidders to explore efficiencies, which may be possible by suggesting innovative and cost-effective solutions • Presentation of cost savings to ECW in order to maximise economical operational efficiency and value for money • A resultant contract that meets the tender requirements and supports ECW with their ambition This service would be commissioned on an interim basis for 12 months, with quarterly reviews. During the contract life, the successful bidder will need to achieve continuous improvement against KPIs, customer satisfaction and other contract measures. This procurement exercise is to secure an Orrery Contractor to deliver orreries at various points of the Royal Observatory Greenwich site, as part of the ROG First Light Project. The Orrery Contractor will be responsible for the development, engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning of two orreries (mechanical models of the solar system) across the ROG, both kinetic and interactive. The Contractor's responsibilities will include elements of Contractor Design as well as coordination with exhibition designers and other contractors, both off-site and on-site. Essex County Council (ECC) is planning to issue a tender as early as 2026 for a contract(s) relating to the anaerobic digestion treatment and disposal of food waste collected from households in the Essex area. The required treatment services must start on 1 April 2028. ECC manages approximately 40,000 tonnes per annum of separately collected household food waste. The contracting authority is Essex County Council and any Successor Body meaning one or more entities which assumes any of the Council's functions (as applicable) as a result of Local Government Reform (LGR). Such successor body or bodies may be, without limitation, a local authority, a combined authority, a combined county authority, a strategic authority or any other status determined pursuant to the Devolution and LGR Legislation. The purpose of this procurement activity is to appoint a suitably qualified supplier for the supply & delivery of Steel Fittings in diameters 600mm and 200mm to support the diversion of two high pressure (HP) local transmission system (LTS) natural gas pipelines. GMFRS/GMCA are looking into delivering Digital Transformation Programme to GMFRS over a period of up to 10 years. GMFRS/GMCA will be delivering the programme, and we are looking for a partner to deliver the 'digital solution' project/element of the programme, for approx. 3.5 years, with ongoing support and maintenance expected beyond that. The organisation currently has 50+ fragmented systems and 30+ processes with many manual interventions, across 'Service Delivery' and 'Prevention & Protection' directorates, duplicate and inconsistent premises, people and risk data, heavy reliance on manual data entry and re-keying, limited mobile capability impacting field-based working, constraints in reporting, auditability and data quality - all of which will wish to address in the Programme.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a provider to deliver a Mental Health Crisis House Service for adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The service will provide a short-term, recovery-focused residential alternative to hospital admission for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis, supporting crisis stabilisation, recovery and community reintegration. The successful provider will be responsible for sourcing, maintaining and managing suitable premises for delivery of the service, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, accessibility and service requirements. The contract will be for an initial term of 4 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. The estimated contract value covers the full potential contract term, including the extension period, and incorporates all costs associated with the provision and maintenance of the premises by the supplier.

A two stage tender process, consisting of Request to Participate (R2P) stage and Invitation to Tender Stage (ITT) for the Design & Build of Caerphilly Interchange. The Caerphilly Interchange Project comprises the procurement of a single Design and Build contractor to deliver the redevelopment of Caerphilly railway station and adjoining bus interchange into a modern, fully integrated multi‑modal transport hub. The works include demolition of existing infrastructure and construction of a new interchange facility incorporating rail, bus, taxi and active travel connectivity, alongside enhanced passenger amenities, retail space, and public realm improvements. The scheme forms a key component of wider regeneration ambitions and the South Wales Metro programme. The project will directly impact transport users, local residents, and businesses across Caerphilly and the wider Cardiff Capital Region, improving accessibility, passenger experience and sustainable travel options and is expected to support economic regeneration and modal shift.

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, on behalf of Public Health and in partnership with Bradford Children's and Families Trust, is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the future procurement of a Community Early Language Service across Bradford District. The proposed service will support children aged 0-5 years and their families to improve speech, language and communication development, increase school readiness and reduce inequalities in outcomes. The service forms an important part of Bradford's Best Start Local Plan 2026-2029, the Prevention and Early Help Strategy 2026-2031, and the wider Talking Bradford speech, language and communication pathway. The Council seeks feedback from organisations with relevant expertise to help shape the final service model. Background Speech, language and communication skills are fundamental to children's health, learning, wellbeing and future life opportunities. Bradford faces significant challenges relating to deprivation, educational inequalities and language development outcomes. Key local indicators include: • Approximately 7,000 children are born in Bradford District each year. • Around 59% of children live in the most deprived decile nationally. • Only 62% of children achieve a Good Level of Development at age five. • Communication and Language outcomes remain below the national average. • Around 50% of residents speak a language other than English as their primary language at home. The Council therefore wishes to commission an innovative, evidence-informed and culturally responsive service capable of improving outcomes for children and families across the district.
