Glovers Project Services Limited have been appointed by the Council as the principal designers for the project. It is anticipated this will be an 12 week contract running through September 2026 to early January 2027. However the successful Bidder will be required to demonstrate and apply flexibility as some of this work may be weather dependent and actual dates will be agreed between the Council and the Bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a JCT Minor Works contract with the Council.

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is responsible for food, farming, environmental, fisheries, forestry and sustainability policy and the development of the rural sector in Northern Ireland. As part of its commitment to improving animal health and eradicating bovine tuberculosis (bTB), DAERA is seeking to procure a service provider to deliver on-farm veterinary biosecurity advice to cattle farms across Northern Ireland. The purpose of this work is for veterinarians to identify systematically, in collaboration with the farmer, the key factors contributing to disease entry, persistence and spread within individual farm enterprises, and to generate clear, targeted farm specific biosecurity actions that directly address the risks identified. This work shall also support and encourage positive behavioural change by engaging farmers in the assessment process, increasing understanding of disease risks, and promoting the sustained adoption of improved biosecurity practices. The bTB biosecurity advice programme is a voluntary scheme for farmers, the Supplier must promote and provide an accessible and user friendly mechanism, by phone and online, through which farmers can register their interest and request an on-farm visit. The National Library of Scotland (‘the Library’) is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced and knowledgeable Supplier to supply, deliver, install, support and maintain a film scanner able to create digital copies of original films in 16mm, standard 8mm, super 8mm and 9.5mm film gauges. We also request an option for 35mm film gauges. The equipment must demonstrate the ability to handle film gently, including where due to age and condition the film is warped, brittle, or where perforations are damaged. The system must be able to handle capture and synchronisation of optical and magnetic sound with film. It is anticipated that one (1) film scanner and supporting software and hardware as required will be purchased following successful award of the contract. The digitisation system will be operated at the Library’s Kelvin Hall premises in Glasgow.

The services which are being procured as part of this Procurement are the removal of deceased person(s) from their place of death, or where they lie, under the Coroner’s jurisdiction directly to a mortuary or a place specified by the Coroner to allow for Coroner investigation. All arrangements must recognise the sensitive and distressing situations involving removal of the deceased. The deceased must be removed using suitable equipment and appropriate manual handling techniques ensuring no further damage to the body occurs or distress to relatives and bystanders.

Thanks to a Wildlife Rich Habitat grant from DEFRA we plan to begin the restoration of Gun Moor, delivering an important step forward for nature recovery in the Peak District. Gun Moor is a 81ha upland mix of habitats on the western edge of the Peak District National Park. This project focusses on a series of grip and surface drainage channel blocking on areas of deep peat with the aim of re-wetting the peatland. A mixture of 448 peat and stone interventions will be installed to rewet the moorland

Belfast City Council requires agile and flexible Employability and Skills solutions to be able to respond to challenges and opportunities within the labour market. Sufficient flexibility within the delivery of Employability & Skills interventions is required to take account of: a) Emerging needs. b) New initiatives and areas of development e.g. skills interventions within the Local Economic Partnership, Labour Market Partnership etc. c) Specialist employability and skills delivery. d) To test new areas of work as agreed. e) Sectors that are not covered within the current Employment Academy Framework (T2474) f) To pick up overflow of delivery if the current Contractors on T2474 are working to full capacity On this basis, the Council is setting up an "Open Framework", which would allow an open, fair, and transparent way of procuring the above services in the most efficient way possible. There will be no guarantee of any work for those Contractors on the new Open Framework, and any future call-offs will not be initiated until the following happens sequentially (which is designed to provide budgetary control): 1. Workplan and budget approval. 2. When agreed, a direct award or mini-competitions will then undertaken. 3. Delegated authority approval prior to awarding the call-off contract. An Open Framework will provide an opportunity for SMEs and Social Enterprises/Not-for-Profits to secure a place on the Framework, with the opportunity re-opening at various stages for new entrants to apply/re-apply. The Framework will be split into 5 Lots: 1. Lot 1 – Care Sectors (Health/Social Care/Education/Playwork/Childminding) 2. Lot 2 – Customer Services (Leisure/Hospitality/Retail/Tourism/Beauty) 3. Lot 3 – Practical Sectors (Transport/Green Economy/Construction/Manufacturing) 4. Lot 4 – Professional and Business Services Sectors (Business/Technology) 5. Lot 5 – Employability Support (language/Soft Skills/Capacity Building) The Council intends that this Framework Agreement will form part of a scheme of successive framework agreements on substantially the same terms (the “Open Framework Scheme”). The total duration of the Open Framework Scheme shall not exceed 8 years from the commencement date of the first framework awarded under the scheme. The Open Framework is intended to commence in October 2026 and will be awarded for an initial period of two years until October 2028. Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an organisation for the provision of a corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solution. The contract will commence in October 2026 and will be in place for the implementation phase of the project, then for an initial 3-year period from the operational Go-Live date of 5th April 2027, with the option to extend by a further two periods of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability and Section 151 Officer approval. Nascot Wood Schools invite tenders from suitably qualified catering providers for the provision of school catering services. The schools are seeking a catering partner that can provide high-quality, nutritious meals, excellent customer service, value for money, and a positive dining experience for pupils and staff. The proposed contract term is three years commencing on 5th January 2027, with the option to extend for a further period of two years by mutual agreement. Total number of children is approximately 420 and the service will include full lunch service plus breakfast and afterschool club provsions. TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) is anticipated to apply to this contract, and relevant anonymised staffing data will be made available to shortlisted bidders upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking to commission an experienced provider to undertake the National Dental Epidemiology Programme (NDEP) Oral Health Survey each year from 2026/27 to 2028/29 across three or more geographical areas within West Northamptonshire, following the national protocol, training requirements and timescales.

ORR uses a number of in-house, bespoke Microsoft Power Platform applications to support operational processes, service delivery, regulatory activity, and engagement with internal and external users. The applications in scope are live services and require ongoing support to maintain continuity, manage defects, deliver controlled enhancements, and remain secure, effective, and fit for purpose. ORR is seeking to consolidate existing support arrangements into a single contract. The aim is to create a clearer and more manageable support model with improved accountability, consistent service management, transparent use of support time and a stronger basis for continuous improvement.

NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is publishing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) ahead of a Competitive Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The implementation of Civica CX Asset Management is a key strategic priority for the Housing Service and forms part of the Housing Strategy commitment to migrate from Keystone and improve asset data management, compliance monitoring and reporting.
