The Protect Delivery Team, part of NAD UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) requires a new contract for the ongoing procurement of Explosive Test Kits (EXPENs). These are the first-line test kits, which enable rapid screening of explosive substances. A delay in procuring the test kits will create a capability gap, as the kits are single-use and have a shelf life of three years. Therefore, a replacement contract is required to support the continued use of the equipment. The contract duration will be for 5 years with a total estimated contract value of £2,199,695.83 (ex VAT) or £2,639,635.00 (inc VAT).

Strathclyde Pharma Solutions, a research group within University of Strathclyde's Strathclyde Institute for Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences is a MHRA licensed manufacturing facility, supplying investigative medicinal products to clinical trials. We require a Supplier to undertake annual servicing and calibration of equipment as well as service cover for emergency call out. As part of our clean room facility, we generate our own Water For Injection which feeds associated equipment. The WFI System comprises of a 500L 316L stainless steel tank, circulation pump, control panel and a circulation loop of pipe work with 4 off-take sample areas. This system is connected to the Telstar Steam Generator, the Telstar Freeze Drier Clean in Place system and the Lancer Washer. The whole system is operated under automatic control. The Contracting Authority is seeking a supplier who will perform annual maintenance, and where appropriate, calibration. Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is seeking to commission an Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment, Prevention and Recovery Service for Adults and Young People. The new treatment service will provide specialist and structured community treatment, including criminal justice linked interventions and support, to adults and young people who use drugs (illegal & prescription) and alcohol through an integrated service model. The Learning Trust are seeking to procure a number of providers for a multi-supplier framework for cleaning services. The main objective of this procurement exercise is to deliver the procurement of a framework that will enable the Trust to source cleaning services for its schools. There is initially one school in this framework, however, other schools may call off later. It should be noted that it is not mandatory for Trust schools to use this framework. Schools will only call off from this agreement if they have a requirement to do so. It is envisaged the number of contractors on the framework will be between 1 and 3 The provision of the service must demonstrate the best value approach and be flexible in its delivery and operation to ensure that the needs and ethos of individual schools are supported. This framework process is targeted to have a cleaning contract in place to commence in April 2027 for the initial direct award school. Please note that this process covers all cleaning services within the Learning Trust school with full tender costings and proposals for the school for a contract start in in April 2027 for the initial direct award school. These details will be further explained in the ITT documents. The process will be through a competitive flexible procedure commencing with a participation stage to create a select bidder list following analysis of a PSQ document (within which the scoring criteria will be included). The nature of the contract demands a good local infrastructure to provide and maintain the level and standard of cleaning service and support required by the Trust. Labour resource/relief cover is very important. We have set a minimum Employer's (compulsory) liability insurance of 10,000,000 GBP). Following the analysis of PSQ’s the selected bidders will be invited to attend a site survey and tender briefing initially planned for early October 2026. Tender response deadline is planned as early November 2026 and it is envisaged that interviews will take place in late November 2026. The contract will be for a 3 +1 +1 period (5 years in total including the option to extend for 1 + 1years).

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking a production partner for providing advice and production support on an in house designed product called Device 6820 ("the Product"). The scope of the requirements will include discussions on the methods of manufacture, prototyping and assembly of the Product to enable it to be qualitatively and efficiently produced in larger quantities by the appointed production partner. Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Client), is seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver painting and decorating works under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The Contract will also be made available to VIA East Midlands Ltd (Participating Organisation). The scope of works will include the provision of painting and decorating services across a varied portfolio of operational and commercial properties across the operational estate that manages on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and other customers. Works will be undertaken at sites located across Nottinghamshire (main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The contract is expected to commence in February 2027 for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to two additional periods of two years each, up to a maximum potential end date in 2033 (2+2+2 = 6 years). The estimated total value of the contract over its full potential duration is approximately £780,000 (inclusive of VAT). This only an estimate and the award will be based on the outcome of the tender process. This procurement will be carried out as a two-stage process comprising a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT). One supplier will be appointed. Suppliers will be invited to submit a Stage 1 response demonstrating their suitability, capability, capacity, relevant experience, technical competence, accreditations, financial standing and compliance with the Authority's minimum requirements. Responses will be evaluated against the published selection criteria. Following evaluation, the Authority intends to shortlist the highest-scoring suppliers who meet the minimum requirements and invite them to participate in Stage 2. The Authority reserves the right to limit the number of suppliers progressing to the next stage in accordance with the criteria set out in the procurement documents. Stage 2 - Invitation to Submit Tender Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to submit a detailed tender for the painting and decorating works and associated works across the Client's estate. Tenders will be evaluated based on the published award criteria using the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) approach (price to quality ratio: price30%/quality70%). The successful supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Client, contribute to social value outcomes, support carbon reduction objectives and demonstrate high standards of health and safety, compliance, and service delivery across all commissioned works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Bidders should be made aware that as the Client's main customer is NCC, there is a risk of increase or decrease in the number of sites managed and the types of properties serviced, due to the proposal of local government reorganisation. The Authority reserves the right to amend the procurement timetable, request clarifications, and conduct presentations, interviews or site visits where considered necessary and proportionate.

In 2024, the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust established a Framework Agreement under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (and as amended) (the PSR) for use by all Relevant Authorities (and any future successors to these organisations). This is extended to be include the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime)(Wales) Regulations 2025. "Relevant authority" is defined in section 12ZB(7) of the National Health Service Act 2006 and in section 10A(9) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006. It means a combined authority, an integrated care board, a local authority in England, NHS England, an NHS foundation trust or an NHS trust established under section 25 of that Act, a county council or county borough council in Wales, a local health board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, a National Health Service trust established under section 18 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, or a special health authority established under section 22 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006. For the avoidance of doubt, any successor bodies of any of the above entities shall be entitled to place Orders and shall be deemed Relevant Authorities for the purposes of this Framework Agreement. This framework agreement aims to support mental health patient requirements through the provision of secure patient transport services. The framework was awarded to run for an initial term of 2 years with options to extend for up to a further 2 years in annual increments. The framework has been extended for 1 year, with one further extension available. As previously advertised in the Framework tender documentation, the Framework will be reopened to new applicants annually, approximately 90 days before the anniversary of the Framework Commencement Date. Previously appointed Suppliers will NOT be obliged to reapply on an annual basis. Working in partnership with the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF), the Council is seeking the services of a suitable consultant/s to assist in the delivery of repair and restoration works to the Mechanics Theatre, as part of a five-year heritage led programme, High 5 4 Heritage, focused within Burnley's Civic Core. Through this programme, we are setting out to connect the people of Burnley with our civic history by focusing on the built and social heritage within Burnley's Civic Core. This is an area of central Burnley which encompasses some remarkable buildings and spaces which are used every day by local people. However, this is an area under threat, as some of the buildings are in decline and it is felt the heritage is not well known about or understood, which we want to change. To achieve this, we have identified our 'high-five' objectives - 1) make physical improvements to the area by addressing the threats to heritage through building repair and restoration works, while; 2) making our heritage assets sustainable and manageable; 3) engage the community with the intriguing historic events, people and stories that have shaped our town; 4) public realm works to improve visitor experience, and the setting of listed buildings, and; 5) enhancement of public squares. Burnley Borough Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced architect, building surveyor or multi-disciplinary consultancy to act as Lead Consultant for the delivery of a major repair and restoration project at the Mechanics Theatre, Burnley. The appointment will build upon design and development work already undertaken and take the project through the remaining RIBA Plan of Work stages, from Stage 3 onwards, through to completion and close-out. The appointed Consultant shall: Act as Lead Consultant, responsible for overall coordination and delivery of the design team; Undertake the role of Principal Designer in accordance with CDM Regulations; Provide all professional services required to deliver the project from RIBA Stage 3-7. Carmarthenshire County Council intends to appoint suitably experienced exhibition lead design consultant(s) for the “Pendine Through Time” permanent exhibition for the Museum of Land Speed. The Museum of Land Speed opened in May 2023 in a new premises, replacing an earlier museum, operating from 1996 to 2018. The museum is a key feature of the Pendine Attractor, a development to support year-round tourism in a rural coastal economy. Post-opening, steps have been taken to identify what works well and areas for improvement. Public engagement, customer feedback, and audits have identified four clear steps that will transform the visitor experience in accessibility, placemaking, and storytelling. The four interdependent project activities are: 1. Creating a permanent ‘Pendine Through Time’ exhibition in a 54m² gallery adjoining the Land Speed permanent gallery, which is to be designed with and for target audiences 2. Enhancing the visitor welcome in the museum reception to insert a terminal for visitors to explore digitised material collected from the community 3. Renewing aspects of the land speed exhibition interactive offer to complement the new display and to increase accessibility and improve user experience 4. Enhance the museum's visibility in its surroundings and create an exciting presence in Pendine that engages visitors and reflects the museum’s brand and theme. We are seeking a supplier who will manage specialist subcontractors as follows: CONTENT DEVELOPMENT, EXHIBITION DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: This includes “Pendine Through Time” interpretation, translation and design; design of new insertions into Land Speed exhibition and interactive design; design associated with the digitised collections access point terminal addition to the museum reception; and project management, including coordination of subcontractors, liaison with Council services, and health & safety. We want visitors to feel that the Hall and Tate Modern are a welcoming space, where they can encounter surprising, exciting and accessible digital experiences that connect them to Tate and spark fun and amazement. We want visitors walking through the Turbine Hall to encounter an easy, direct, playful way of being transported back in time and seeing some iconic Turbine Hall commissions, experiencing 360 / 180-degree recreations of past Turbine Hall commissions through mixed reality. For those who remember the commissions this would spark a memory and sense of connection to Tate. For those who don't remember a commission, they would be surprised by what they see. The experience goes beyond passive viewing by including the option of designing your own commission and seeing the Turbine Hall come alive with your own ideas. Prototyping and Future Contract This tender is for the design and delivery of the Tate Time Machine prototype. It is the first phase of this opportunity, and we want to be clear from the outset about how the two are connected. The prototype is not an end in itself. It is what Tate will use to secure funding from our partners for the full rollout of the experience; this funding bid is currently estimated in the region of £150,000. The successful supplier will play a central role in that effort: the quality and credibility of what you build will directly shape whether the funding bid succeeds, and we will look to you to support it by providing material, technical insight and, where helpful, taking part in conversations with prospective funders. If that funding is secured, Tate will award the full rollout to the awarded tenderers from this process as an option under this contract, without a further competition, subject to satisfactory completion of the prototype phase and agreement of Phase 2 pricing and terms. This is why the competition is evaluated based on the whole project rather than the prototype alone, and why we are asking you about scalability, extensibility and long-term maintenance: we are appointing a partner for the full experience, not a contractor for a single piece of work. If the bid to our partners is unsuccessful, the contract will conclude at the end of the prototype phase, the option will not be exercised, and no further work will follow. Tate gives no guarantee or commitment that the rollout will proceed, and Tenderers should plan and price the prototype phase on the basis that it may be the entirety of the work awarded.
