Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Medical Pulp Associated Products via the Stock/eDirect/Direct route to market. This includes but is not limited to; a range of products that are used to assist with the toileting of patients, collection of samples and aid the administration of procedures. The ranges of products available under the framework agreement include; Disposable Medical Pulp, Medical Pulp support products, Macerators, Bedpan Washers and Absorbent products for use with Medical Pulp. This framework agreement is for a total of 48 months. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that expenditure will be in the region of GBP £100,000,000 ex VAT / £120,000,000 inc VAT throughout the duration of this framework agreement. However, this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. PPN 009 'Tackling Modern Slavery in Government Supply Chains' In February 2025 PPN 009 "Tackling Modern Slavery in Government Supply Chains" was published. This PPN specifically calls out the NHS as being in scope. The PPN requires the risk of Modern Slavery to be identified for each Procurement activity, and appropriate due diligence conducted to manage these risks. Risk Profiling and Methodology Each NHS Supply Chain procurement, including the forthcoming procurement for Medical Pulp & Associated Products 2027 has been assessed, using a standard methodology. The methodology has been developed using a database of risk, mapped to E-class codes. This has been mapped to the procurement activity to assess the level of risk, prior to knowing which specific suppliers and value chains are going to be used. This risk profiling has been conducted on Medical Pulp & Associated Products in the pre-market phase and has been determined a Medium risk category. Based on that risk the following tools will be applied to the procurement to understand the specific risk in the proposed supply chains. Medium Risk: Modern Slavery Assessment Tool + Evidence Review The Pre Market Engagement Notice pre-positions the supply base of the tools we will apply in the tender to manage that risk. These requirements will be evaluated as part of the tender submission and the results used to assess the level of risk in the Suppliers Value Chain ahead of any award. The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is responsible for food, farming, environmental, fisheries, forestry and sustainability policy and the development of the rural sector in Northern Ireland. As part of its commitment to improving animal health and eradicating bovine tuberculosis (bTB), DAERA is seeking to procure a service provider to deliver on-farm veterinary biosecurity advice to cattle farms across Northern Ireland. The purpose of this work is for veterinarians to identify systematically, in collaboration with the farmer, the key factors contributing to disease entry, persistence and spread within individual farm enterprises, and to generate clear, targeted farm specific biosecurity actions that directly address the risks identified. This work shall also support and encourage positive behavioural change by engaging farmers in the assessment process, increasing understanding of disease risks, and promoting the sustained adoption of improved biosecurity practices. The bTB biosecurity advice programme is a voluntary scheme for farmers, the Supplier must promote and provide an accessible and user friendly mechanism, by phone and online, through which farmers can register their interest and request an on-farm visit. The National Library of Scotland (‘the Library’) is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced and knowledgeable Supplier to supply, deliver, install, support and maintain a film scanner able to create digital copies of original films in 16mm, standard 8mm, super 8mm and 9.5mm film gauges. We also request an option for 35mm film gauges. The equipment must demonstrate the ability to handle film gently, including where due to age and condition the film is warped, brittle, or where perforations are damaged. The system must be able to handle capture and synchronisation of optical and magnetic sound with film. It is anticipated that one (1) film scanner and supporting software and hardware as required will be purchased following successful award of the contract. The digitisation system will be operated at the Library’s Kelvin Hall premises in Glasgow.

The services which are being procured as part of this Procurement are the removal of deceased person(s) from their place of death, or where they lie, under the Coroner’s jurisdiction directly to a mortuary or a place specified by the Coroner to allow for Coroner investigation. All arrangements must recognise the sensitive and distressing situations involving removal of the deceased. The deceased must be removed using suitable equipment and appropriate manual handling techniques ensuring no further damage to the body occurs or distress to relatives and bystanders.

Thanks to a Wildlife Rich Habitat grant from DEFRA we plan to begin the restoration of Gun Moor, delivering an important step forward for nature recovery in the Peak District. Gun Moor is a 81ha upland mix of habitats on the western edge of the Peak District National Park. This project focusses on a series of grip and surface drainage channel blocking on areas of deep peat with the aim of re-wetting the peatland. A mixture of 448 peat and stone interventions will be installed to rewet the moorland

Belfast City Council requires agile and flexible Employability and Skills solutions to be able to respond to challenges and opportunities within the labour market. Sufficient flexibility within the delivery of Employability & Skills interventions is required to take account of: a) Emerging needs. b) New initiatives and areas of development e.g. skills interventions within the Local Economic Partnership, Labour Market Partnership etc. c) Specialist employability and skills delivery. d) To test new areas of work as agreed. e) Sectors that are not covered within the current Employment Academy Framework (T2474) f) To pick up overflow of delivery if the current Contractors on T2474 are working to full capacity On this basis, the Council is setting up an "Open Framework", which would allow an open, fair, and transparent way of procuring the above services in the most efficient way possible. There will be no guarantee of any work for those Contractors on the new Open Framework, and any future call-offs will not be initiated until the following happens sequentially (which is designed to provide budgetary control): 1. Workplan and budget approval. 2. When agreed, a direct award or mini-competitions will then undertaken. 3. Delegated authority approval prior to awarding the call-off contract. An Open Framework will provide an opportunity for SMEs and Social Enterprises/Not-for-Profits to secure a place on the Framework, with the opportunity re-opening at various stages for new entrants to apply/re-apply. The Framework will be split into 5 Lots: 1. Lot 1 – Care Sectors (Health/Social Care/Education/Playwork/Childminding) 2. Lot 2 – Customer Services (Leisure/Hospitality/Retail/Tourism/Beauty) 3. Lot 3 – Practical Sectors (Transport/Green Economy/Construction/Manufacturing) 4. Lot 4 – Professional and Business Services Sectors (Business/Technology) 5. Lot 5 – Employability Support (language/Soft Skills/Capacity Building) The Council intends that this Framework Agreement will form part of a scheme of successive framework agreements on substantially the same terms (the “Open Framework Scheme”). ORR uses a number of in-house, bespoke Microsoft Power Platform applications to support operational processes, service delivery, regulatory activity, and engagement with internal and external users. The applications in scope are live services and require ongoing support to maintain continuity, manage defects, deliver controlled enhancements, and remain secure, effective, and fit for purpose. ORR is seeking to consolidate existing support arrangements into a single contract. The aim is to create a clearer and more manageable support model with improved accountability, consistent service management, transparent use of support time and a stronger basis for continuous improvement.
