The A66 project is to be delivered in collaboration by three Tier 1 contractors, Balfour Beatty, Kier and Keltbray. The provision of Military Flight Planning, Global Airfield Data & Aircraft Performance Tool (GADAPT) and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Software. The proposed Contract would be for a 3 year contract from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2030. The Authority is seeking to appoint an Architect-led multidisciplinary design team to undertake feasibility, option appraisal and concept design services up to and including RIBA 2+. The commission will be used to develop and test design solutions that address the identified building deficiencies, support operational requirements and inform potential future investment decisions. The appointed consultant team shall consider the full project brief and provide recommendations, supported by appropriate surveys, assessments and costed design proposals in accordance with the Professional Services Scope of Service included in the tender documents.

This Contract is for statutory Insurance inspections under the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 (PER), the Pressure Safety Systems Regulations 2000 (PSSR), pressure equipment (safety) regulations 2016, simple pressure (safety) regulations 2016, the Lifting Equipment and Lifting Operations Regulations 1998 (LOLER) and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) as well as any requirements under the control of substances hazardous to health 2002 (COSH 2002) as required under any current legislation.

The objective of this Market Research is to search for suppliers capable of delivering a continuous feed of representative embedded PV generation data that meets the following outcomes: 1. Improve system visibility: Provide near real time insight into embedded PV output across Ireland and Northern Ireland. 2. Support operational forecasting: Enable EirGrid and SONI to better predict short term solar output changes by creating proxy forecasts for the locations of the data supplied by the tender winner(s) and then use the actual generation of the proxy sites to fine tune the actual forecast. 3. Provide a geographically representative dataset: Ensure broad dispersion and diversity of PV sites to reflect system-wide behaviour. 4. Deliver high data quality and reliability: Ensure data is accurate, validated, and free from distortions such as behind the meter battery interactions.

The Council is following the Most Suitable Provider process as detailed under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (the Provider Selection Regime) Regulation 6(6) and 10, to award a contract to the most suitable provider for the delivery of the Oral Health Programme. The service is to work with the local authority and key stakeholders (which will include community group representatives) to identify and address oral health gaps and opportunities. The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking to commission an external provider to deliver research, analytical, implementation and programme roll out support services for the Design for Life National Reduce and Reuse Campaign Programme. The programme will support the adoption of specified circular MedTech products and associated interventions as they progress through investigation, piloting and, where appropriate, national roll-out. This initiative supports the Government’s ambition to transition away from avoidable single-use MedTech products by 2045 through the Design for Life programme. The work is expected to include support for the soft launch pilots that will commence alongside the launch of the campaign itself. These pilots will validate the central guidance materials that will form the basis of the eventual, potential national rollout for this year’s priority reusable products, currently anticipated to include tourniquets, blood pressure cuffs, theatre caps and sharps bins. Alongside this, the work will include investigation and evidence development for future priority product areas such as scissors, medical textiles, and A&E suture kits. Key Deliverables 1. Recruit, mobilise and support approximately 15–20 NHS Trusts or other relevant implementation partners to participate in soft launch pilots for priority circular MedTech products. 2. Provide participating organisations with support on sustainability and circular economy fundamentals, quality improvement metrics, data capture and operational skills for sustainable transformation programmes. 3. Undertake quality, equality, patient impact, benefits, sustainability, social value and health economic assessments using appropriate recognised methodologies. 4. Conduct behavioural insight and adoption assessment work, including barriers and enablers to adoption across clinical, estates, commercial, infection prevention and control, and leadership teams. 5. Develop adoption metrics, evidence reports, lessons learned, implementation guidance, toolkits, options appraisals and recommendations to inform future campaigns and potential national roll-out. The initial work is expected to comprise two initial projects: project 1 - soft launch pilot support for selected reusable priority products, and project 2 investigation/evidence development for future priority product areas. Additional in-scope activity may be commissioned during the contract term where it remains aligned to the programme lifecycle, contract scope, duration and value. DHSC is particularly interested in suppliers who have access to multidisciplinary expertise and capability across: • NHS stakeholder engagement and pilot support; • sustainability and circular economy; • MedTech / innovative practice adoption; • quality improvement and benefits assessment; • behavioural insight and implementation barriers; • health economics; • data collection, evidence analysis and reporting; • IPC and patient safety input; • development of guidance, toolkits and recommendations. Monmouthshire Housing Association is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to a proposed development opportunity at Phase B, Rockfield Farm, Undy, Monmouthshire. Rockfield Farm is a strategic allocation in the Monmouthshire Local Development Plan for a mixed use employment/ residential scheme to include around 270 residential dwellings and 2 hectares of employment land. Outline planning permission for residential (up to 266 units) and employment approved in March 2018 (Ref:2016/00883). Approval of Reserved Matters application for Phase 2 (B & C2) received on 21 December 2022 (Ref:2021/00357). All conditions have been discharged, with the exception of the Construction Management Plan. Phase B is the last residential development parcel at Rockfield Farm. Phases A and D (144 units) have been delivered by Bellway and Phase C2 (32 affordable units; 13 S106) has been recently completed by Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA).

Pre-market engagement for a potential framework agreement to be awarded under the Provider Selection Regime for the delivery of all age continuing care services. Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Commercial Procurement Services seeks to engage with providers with a view to developing a framework agreement for the delivery of all age continuing care services under the Provider Selection Regime and Provider Selection Regime (Wales), together the PSR. Framework agreements are defined in Regulation 16 of the PSR. All Age Continuing Care (AACC) is a collective term for services provided by the NHS to meet patients' ongoing care needs. These services include the assessment and provision of funding for the care of individuals of all ages, in order to meet these needs. The Framework is intended to provide national contractual support to Places for People Group Ltd (PfP) Operations Directorate, supplementing its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of responsive repairs and capital component replacement works across the Group’s housing stock, as well as individual specialist lots for roofing projects, drainage and scaffolding/access services. Our current system has approximately 650-700 risk assessments and 300 active users. The purpose of this notice is to gather information from the market on available technologies, system capabilities, delivery approaches and potential implementation models that could inform a future procurement. Network Rail is seeking insight from suppliers who can provide a digital risk assessment management platform capable of supporting a modernised risk assessment process aligned with the organisation’s safety strategy.
