Following a review of existing provision the People Commissioning team will be implementing new terms and conditions for Extra Care delivery. This request relates to the continued delivery of care and support in 5 longstanding Extra Care schemes.

Service Scope Network Rail (NR) is issuing a Tender Notice for acquiring services related to Monitoring of the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) in Great Britain. The procurement scope includes designing, building, operating, and maintaining specialised sensor technologies for capturing, processing, storing, and transmitting output data. Separate from the core fleet requirements, OLE monitoring has been identified as an area where it is most effective to gather data from in-service passenger trains, with successful trials having been undertaken. The primary benefit of this approach is the frequency of data collection, which can provide alerts for emerging defects, allowing a quick response to prevent dewirements and the associated significant train service disruption. New Technology and Innovation Network Rail is agnostic to the method of data collection, and is keen to promote new technology and innovation. For this dynamic OLE project, the solutions provided to meets the requirements must be a demonstrably proven solution. To build on the existing work within Natural England that contributes towards strengthening the evidence base and building best practice where individuals and communities are engaged within nature recovery activities. This project will undertake a comparative analysis of case study sites within England with varying community engagement and nature recovery activities. Results from this project are aimed at allowing the the full power of engagement to be realised through community and individual level actions that can be taken to increase engagement of individuals and communities. Mid Devon District Council (the Council) is seeking bids from qualified commercial operators to finance, design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a Padel Sports Centre located on AuthorityCouncil-owned land. The successful bidder will enter into a commercial lease agreement with and operate the facility at their own commercial risk. The project aims to expand high-quality active leisure provision, maximise commercial income opportunities, and deliver a sustainable long-term facility that enhances community participation in sport. With a membership base of over 7000, Active Mid Devon has an established footfall of prospective players. The appointed Operator will be required to finance, design, and construct a padel facility that meets relevant national and international governing body standards, including guidance from the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). The Operator will run the facility at its own commercial risk, covering all operational, maintenance, staffing, and marketing responsibilities. The Operator must also promote participation and ensure equitable community access in keeping with the vision and values of Active Mid Devon.

Milton Keynes City Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Declutter and Deep Clean Service for Vulnerable People. The Declutter & Deep Clean Service has two main functions: 1. To declutter a property which has become neglected and unfit to live in, including properties deemed unsafe due to hoarding. This may include clearance of outside areas around the property, especially access routes. 2. To deep clean a property that has become a risk to the health of the occupier. The two functions will usually go together, but on some occasions the deep clean alone may be required. The Declutter & Deep Clean Service will work closely with clients and social care professionals. The service will be a ‘one-off’ to restore clients’ accommodation to a standard that promotes safety, health, and wellbeing. The Declutter and Deep Clean Service for vulnerable people aims to: • Ensure Milton Keynes City Council (the Council) has homes that promote physical and mental wellbeing for the most vulnerable clients. • Support people to maintain settled accommodation and thus reduce the possibility of homelessness and street dwelling. • Provide an opportunity for people to improve the quality of their lives in a clean and safe environment. The service is for vulnerable people aged over 18 years who have recourse to public funds, are resident within the Milton Keynes local authority boundary and have been assessed as eligible for support from the Council’s Adult Social Care service or are known to the Community Support Team or Neighbourhood Services Teams within Social Care. The Council intends to establish a framework of building contractors to support capital works for both the Council's corporate estate and schools the Council is supporting. The Framework will cover a range of construction services and specialties covered under one lot with multiple suppliers. Annual spend through the Framework will typically be between £5,000,000 and £8,000,000. Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council (BMSDC) are looking to jointly procure Contractors for the delivery of their Internal and External Cyclical Decoration Works Contracts. This opportunity will include two geographic Lots, one for each District. The estimated combined annual contracts value is circa GBP600,000.00 to GBP1,000,000.00.
