Rooftop Housing Group have awarded a contract to Voicescape Limited to provide an automated outbound, multi-channel collections engagement solution that enables proactive contact with customers requiring support or intervention, and their Caseload Manager solution which utilises AI and machine learning to predict customer behaviours and automatically identifies/creates cases for review by Income Officers. This contract was procured as a direct award via G-Cloud 14's Lot 2 framework. Justification for a direct award recorded and validated.
