Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Provider for the Coordination of the Rough Sleeping Initiative and Rapid Rehousing Pathway Services on behalf of Dover District Council and Folkestone and Hythe District Council and invites tenderers to submit a tender to meet the Council’s requirements.
