City of Wolverhampton Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to deliver Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) funded adaptation works to domestic properties across the city, enabling disabled residents to live more independently and safely. The scope is expected to include, non-exhaustive: internal adaptations such as level access showers/bathroom alterations, associated plumbing and electrical works, minor building works including more complex adaptation packages where required, and external works such as access improvements, handrailing/driveway works and dropped kerb interface works, including making good.
