Peabody Trust (the Client) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide External Evaluation services for the Three Rivers Creative People and Places Programme (Hello Earth), and evaluation of 4 x Peabody cultural pilot projects (the Requirements). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
