Trent & Dove Housing is inviting submissions from organisations who can deliver Fire Door Entry Surveys and, where specifically instructed by Trent & Dove, associated remedial works and installations in accordance with the requirements set out in the Specification. The key objectives of the Fire Door Entry Surveys Contract: • To ensure all fire doors across Trent & Dove’s housing stock are fully compliant with current fire safety standards (Regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, etc.). • To maintain statutory compliance and resident safety through regular inspection, remedial works, and documentation. • Improved contractor performance visibility — use of measurable KPIs and reporting dashboards. • Consistent compliance — 100% of doors surveyed within annual cycle, with timely remedial completion and certification. • Quality workmanship — durable, regulation-compliant repairs (BS 8214, BM Trada standards). • Clear communication and scheduling — residents informed, appointments kept, and disruptions minimised.
