Description
PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE PLEASE NOTE: The Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area. The Department of Finance (DoF) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide a new Land and Property Services (LPS) Ordnance Survey NI (OSNI) E-Commerce Solution, to include development, support and maintenance. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to Suppliers. Prior to initiating the procurement, the DoF wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process • gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion • gain insight into potential innovative solutions and possibilities for delivery • Understand risks and issues not previously considered • inform the Outline Business Case; and • inform any necessary Procurement Strategy. PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 15:00 on the date specified below under 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'. Depending on the volume of responses, the Department of Finance may wish to follow up the questionnaire with online meetings with respondents. Further detail is included within the PME Questionnaire.
