Description
Learners' Trust is seeking to identify suitably experienced and capable cleaning service providers to potentially undertake the Trust's cleaning services contract. This Expression of Interest ("EOI") represents Stage One of the Trust's proposed procurement process. The procurement is anticipated to comprise four stages: Stage One - Pre-Tender Expression of Interest: Initial assessment of prospective Contractors and shortlisting of up to three Contractors. Stage Two - Full Tender Specification and Application: Detailed tender submission and evaluation by shortlisted Contractors. Stage Three - Contractor Interviews / Presentations: Further assessment of the two highest-ranking suitable Contractors from Stage Two. Stage Four - Contract Offer and Award: Identification of a preferred bidder and progression to contract award, subject to the applicable approvals and processes. The Trust intends to invite up to three Contractors to participate in Stage Two. Following detailed evaluation of the Stage Two tender submissions, the Trust intends to invite up to two Contractors to participate in Stage Three. The purpose of this EOI is to establish which prospective Contractors demonstrate sufficient relevant experience, capability, operational capacity and general suitability to justify progressing to the full tender stage. Stage One is intentionally proportionate and concise. Prospective Contractors are not required to submit a full service proposal or detailed tender response at this stage.
