Description
1.1 East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) is seeking to appoint a training provider with a specialism in construction and energy efficiency skills to recruit and train a cohort of learner's resident in East Lindsey District. Specifically, the Council is seeking a provider who can offer accredited training at NQF Levels 1-2 or 1-3 (inclusive) in one or more of the following disciplines:
