Description
This placement were made via a spot purchase arrangement outside of the Leicestershire Children and Families Services Gateway2Resources - Residential & Fostering Placements DPS. All suppliers on the DPS were given the opportunity to supply the placements and no offers were received. After receiving no offers through a competitive tendering exercise the Council switched to a direct award under PCR2015 - Reg 32(2)(a) negotiated procedure without prior publication.
