Vico Homes ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers Agent and Quantity surveyor Consultancy Services at The Former Redbeck Motel, Doncaster Road, Crofton. The project will be developed using a development agreement. BWA will act as Employer's Agent/Quantity surveyor. The pre start design and planning condition discharge period will be between April and July (4 Months).
