VAT) The NHS England National Commercial and Procurement Hub supported NHS England South West in the procurement of a digital supported self-management education programme for the population of the South West of England. The programme supports NHS England's objective of increasing the utilisation of supported self-management tools to enhance primary care services across the South West region through 2026/27. NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB) is acting as the Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS England South West.
