Framework for Drawdown Technical Assistance - Transaction Advisory, Finance and Investment Support (BRAVE-IS)

Description

DAI Global UK is seeking proposals from firms to provide transaction advisory, finance and investment support to the Building Resilience and Addressing Vulnerability to Emergencies - Institutional Strengthening (BRAVE-IS) programme in Pakistan. BRAVE-IS is a multi-year (2026-2029) technical assistance programme funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Background Pakistan is among the countries most exposed to climate and disaster risk. The binding constraint on resilience investment is not policy but capability: government institutions lack the instruments and in-house capacity to turn identified needs into investable propositions that public, international and private financiers will fund. Scope BRAVE-IS will appoint one firm under a Time and Materials drawdown framework, from which it can mobilise experts and, where needed, complete delivery teams.
