Save this search: free email alertsThe Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Warwickshire invites tenders for the provision of Victim Support Services across Warwickshire. The PCC seeks to commission experienced providers to deliver high-quality, accessible and specialist support services for victims and survivors of crime including family members and friends where appropriate, enabling individuals to cope with and recover from the impact of crime, access appropriate support and exercise their rights under the Victims' Code. Services will contribute to the PCC's wider priorities of supporting victims and survivors, protecting vulnerable people, improving access to justice, reducing violence against women and girls, reducing inequalities in access to support and improving wellbeing and recovery outcomes. The requirement is divided into four lots: • Lot 1 – Multi Crime Victim Service • Lot 2 – Sexual Violence Support Service • Lot 3 – Child Exploitation Support Service • Lot 4 – Slavery and Exploitation Support Service Bidders may tender for a single lot or multiple lots. Across the four lots, the PCC is seeking services that provide appropriate specialist support according to the needs and circumstances of victims and survivors. Services will be expected to provide equitable access to support across Warwickshire, manage demand, capacity and risk effectively, and work collaboratively with relevant statutory, criminal justice, health, safeguarding and voluntary and community sector partners. The successful provider(s) will be expected to have relevant experience and expertise appropriate to the lot(s) for which they tender and to provide suitably skilled, trained and resilient workforces. Providers will be required to maintain robust safeguarding arrangements and deliver inclusive services capable of responding appropriately to vulnerability and the differing needs of individuals accessing support. The contracts will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing 1 April 2027, with an option to extend for up to a further two (2) years, subject to funding availability. Funding is allocated separately to each lot and is subject to the applicable funding terms and conditions. Suppliers should note that some funding streams are confirmed for limited periods only and funding levels may change during the contract period. Any underspent funding must be returned to the Authority and/or relevant funding body in accordance with the applicable funding conditions. Durham County Council seeks to appoint a supplier to provide curator services for the Bishop Auckland and Seaham Food Festivals 2027. Working with the Council's festival team and partners, the provider will support the planning, development and delivery of both festivals. The Provision of Pension Administration, Consultancy, Actuarial and Investment Services
South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) is seeking to appoint a suitably competent Contractor to carry out internal refurbishment works to national building specifications and standards, at The Cornerstone Arts Centre located in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The Cornerstone is a municipal multi-purpose arts and community venue, owned and managed by SODC. It is located in the heart of Didcot town centre, adjacent to the popular Orchard Shopping Centre. The premises is staffed from 10:00 to 23:00, Monday to Saturday. It is open to the public on these days, with ticketed shows taking place in the evenings and other community-based hire functions throughout the day. It is principally closed on Sundays, though may open on an infrequent basis for shows if required. The premises was constructed in 2007/08 and comprises of three storeys, accommodating a ground floor café and various exhibition rooms, toilets, cloakroom, offices, auditorium and smaller multi-functional rooms. The premises is constructed on an incline so that there is a lower ground, upper ground and 1st floor areas. The floors are linked via a staircase that ascends from lower ground floor to the upper floors. The stair is open to the lower ground floor café and exhibition spaces. The café and exhibition spaces are popular with the local community and visitors alike, attracting busy lunchtime trade as well as during evening performances and events. The ground floor toilets and cloakroom require upgrading to improve general decorative order, functionality and accessibility. The Works briefly comprises of: Male Toilet: to include; localised damp-proofing, installation of PVC wall cladding to all walls, minor electrical works, cleaning and pressure testing of the IPS, cosmetic improvements to sink area, general painting and decorating. The Housing Executive currently collects customer payments through a range of channels including payment outlets, online services, telephone, standing order and Direct Debit. Swipe card payments continue to be used by the majority of customers when making payments at payment outlets. Swipe card payments are made using cards issued to customers. The cards contain a unique payment reference number, encoded on a magnetic stripe and printed on the card, which enables payments made at payment outlets to be automatically allocated to customer accounts. A room-by-room schedule of floor surfaces, an out-of-scope list and a sanitary provision schedule are issued with the tender documents. The service. Fully managed: routine cleaning over a 40-week service year, periodic, holiday, deep and non-routine cleaning including high-level work, on-site supervision, labour, equipment, materials, quality assurance and reporting. Washroom consumables are to be priced both as a School-supplied and as a Contractor-supplied option. Points tenderers should note. Timber and sprung timber floors account for 616.6 m², 14.3 per cent of the in-scope area, across five areas including a sports floor and a floor in a food-consumption area.
