Frequently asked questions
Are the tender alerts really free?
Yes. Email alerts for new tenders are free and you don't need a card or a paid plan. Confirm your email once and the alert starts with the next morning's run.
Where do the tenders come from?
From the two official UK government notice services: Find a Tender (higher-value contracts) and Contracts Finder (lower-value contracts in England). Every alert links to the official notice so you can check the details and bid there.
How often will I get emails?
Daily or weekly, your choice. Daily alerts go out early each morning after the tender refresh. We only email when there are new matching tenders, and never send the same tender twice.
Can I get notices before a tender opens?
Yes. Tick 'include early notices' to also get pipeline, preliminary market engagement and planned procurement notices (UK1 to UK3 and prior information notices). They are clearly labelled because you can't bid on them yet. See the contract pipeline for what's coming.
Do I need an account?
No. Enter your email and what you're interested in, then click the link in the confirmation email (valid for 48 hours). If you want to edit or add alerts later, sign in with the same email address using a magic link.
How do I stop the alerts?
Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can pause or delete alerts on the saved searches page after signing in.

Tenders come from the UK government's Find a Tender and Contracts Finder services (OCDS feeds), refreshed twice a day. A tender counts as open until its stated deadline. Values are as stated by the buyer and are often estimates. Always check the official notice before bidding.
